Statement of Faith
We believe there is one, and only one, living and true God, Creator, and Sustainer of all things and eternally existent, who reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without mixture of error.
We believe that man was created as a unique being in the image of God, but by free choice sinned by transgressing the command of God and, thereby, came under condemnation. However, any person can receive eternal favor with God by turning from sin to trust in and serve Jesus as Lord.
We believe in the deity, virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutionary and atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into Heaven, and the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, of the believer to everlasting blessing and joy with the Lord, and of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting punishment.
We believe an adequate system of Christian schools is necessary to a complete spiritual program for Christ’s people. In Christian education, there should be a proper balance between academic freedom and academic responsibility. Freedom in any orderly relationship of human life is always limited and never absolute. The freedom of a teacher in a Christian school is limited by the pre-eminence of Jesus Christ, by the authoritative nature of the Scriptures, and by the distinct purpose for which the Academy exists.
